Education is defined as a process that facilitates learning. An Education System is supposed to be a system where people are involved in sharing knowledge with one another in a way that helps individuals gain insights and use those learnings according to their needs.
The belief and assumptions about a system and its working diverge the primary motive of it and create an event; the recurring happening of the event changes into patterns. It is called a mental model when those patterns create a systematic structure and disrupt the system.

VISION STATEMENT
VISION STATEMENT
Education is supposed to be a process that facilitates learning, but with time the basic motive of the system has diverged from its way, so one has to start a change where the essence of the process can be preserved. But changing the system from top to bottom is not in our hands, it's a decision that higher authorities have to take, but one can start with small changes. A step towards enhancing the education environment towards knowledge.
Our whole system lacks communication between the key stakeholders which creates gaps in the system. And due to the assumptions and beliefs that we have, those gaps mark their position inside the system. So to sustain the fundamental essence of the system, we can add a feedback table that can be there and act as a platform where the key stakeholders could interact.

So all the companies allocate some amount from their profit for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). If they fund that amount to the foundation of the education system, it will help society and the future generation.
